We are looking for:

Application Support Executive (Voice) - Portuguese Language


Description:
The person will work directly with client teams, support team members and consulting team members and will assist Emptoris clients to smoothly execute on-line sourcing events.

v Supporting the client’s sourcing events

v Subject matter expert on event’s purpose, content, schedule and monitor Emptoris software

v Coordinate event schedules between clients, suppliers and Emptoris customer support

v Training suppliers on Emptoris software and sourcing techniques

v Ensure supplier participation by managing pre event outreach calls

v Live event monitoring, coaching and intervention

v Enforcement of event rules

v Pausing, extending and resuming events

v Bidder and Bid removal

v Messaging management

v Developing and presenting reports on events

v Some time translation of product related documents.



Level of skills and competency required: Key Skills & Competencies:

v Diligent approach to task completion

v Technical graduate degree

v Excellent time management skills

v Excellent written and verbal Portuguese communication skills

v Conversant with MS Office especially Excel & Internet.


Work Experience Details: min 6 months experience in customer support (voice).

Qualification/s: Graduation in Portuguese Language

Preferred / Desired: Native Speaker. [Portuguese person]
